I can’t scan with my iPhone 13 pro max

I downloaded the update and now it wont open

Easy to use for work, but I have to press enter each time I scan a single item. Phones other than iPhone dont have to do this.

I updated today to the new iOS 10 version and it crashes every time I try to get a signature.

App crashes when I try to capture signature. Also, I do not get notifications when I am sent jobs from my dispatcher.

Im also having a crash at signature line

When I try to put in a signature it crashes. Past few years it worked ok, now it doesnt.

Your iOS 10 update totally crashes my iOS 10 phone. How about you repost the old version so I can work effectively again? Maybe update your developer URL too.

App crashes on new ios when you hit the signature buttton

The February 20th update crashes every time an attempt is made to get a signature. My entire team is crippled by this. Unable to get app support from the vendor. Im glad were transitioning to different software

It loads properly on iPhone, not iPad though, I cant pass the server info page. I cant pair my handheld scanner to the phone now, and the scan function using the camera is hit or miss depending on the bar code. Signature box is too small also. Other than those bugs it seems to work.

Good app but Need to improve scanning software .when scanning it takes a long time to scan a barcode.most of the time it scan a wrong barcode .

The thought of this app was excellent if your in the courier industry. At the same time, there been moments that the app did not load correctly, would reject images, and I was not able to use the signature function on my iPhone 4. Im certain that there will be many improvements. But, until that time I will remain happy with my refund!
